What services do you offer?

We offer video creation, graphic design, and copywriting services. A breakdown of the specifics for each one can be found in the Membership Plans section.

Why wouldn't I hire someone full-time or use a freelancer?

The subscription model is a sustainable way for you to receive consistent, quality content.

An experienced full-time hire would be more expensive and have a narrower skillset than our full team. A freelancer would likely mean you're getting quotes for each new project you do. With either option, you have to contend with sick time, vacations, etc. With us, you get a team that's always available.

What happens after I purchase?

Once you purchase, we'll invite you to your Trello content hub within 24 hours. Once you're in, you can start submitting requests right away.

These subscriptions are all about content creation. There are no onboarding or welcome meetings.

How do I make sure I'm getting the most out of my subscription?

By uploading requests ahead of time, providing clear instructions, and giving timely and respectful feedback.

How fast will I receive my content?

Every 24-48 weekday hours, depending on your subscription. On Trello, when a card is added to a 'Current Request' list, the due date timer automatically begins.

What if I need one particular piece of content back ASAP?

We understand life happens. We understand some opportunities don't operate on a 24-hour or 48-hour return time. That's why we offer rush delivery and weekend delivery rates.

How do you define a rush or weekend fee?

If you need a piece of content back before the due date and time on your Trello card.

How much is a rush or weekend fee?

Rush fees start at $100 and weekend fees start at $150.

What does "pause, cancel, or upgrade anytime" mean?

For pausing, you may not always have enough work for the whole month. You can get the work done that you need, pause your subscription, and resume at a later date. Billing is based on a 31 day cycle. For example: if you use 14 days and decide to pause your subscription, then you'll have 17 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

For cancelling, while this is a recurring monthly subscription, it's only a month-to-month commitment. If you're unhappy with the service, you cancel anytime to void all future payments.

For upgrading, you can upgrade whenever needed! We'll deliver more content, faster. You can also scale down your plan anytime too. We understand life happens and the seasonal nature of sports, so we want your subscription to be as flexible as you need it to be.

What if I want edits?

That's great! As Pixar co-founder Ed Catmull once said, "Easy isn't the goal. Quality is the goal." Provide feedback and we'll edit until you're excited to post it.

Do I get the same perks regardless of what plan I pick?

Good question! The only difference in perks is delivery time and number of deliverables.

What if I need help recording?

We don't directly offer video production. However, with a subscription, you'll gain access to our nationwide network of trusted videographers and photographers.

Why is Grit so sports focused?

We believe athletes’ stories have the potential to inspire, entertain, and educate. Traditionally athletes have not been given opportunities to tell those stories in their own words. We want to change that.

We're open to working with anyone who believes their experience in high-level athletics informs their worldview and the stories they want to share.
